We want The Sick List to be usable by the people who need it — including people using screen readers, keyboards, zoom, high-contrast settings or a phone while feeling thoroughly knackered.
We’ve built and tested the site with WCAG 2.2 AA as our accessibility benchmark, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, text enlargement and reflow, contrast, clear controls and mobile layouts.
Accessibility isn’t a one-off job. If we find something getting in the way, we’ll keep fixing it.
We also have practical hospital resources for autistic people and people with ADHD.
